We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience you may encounter in any way while visiting or using any of our services and/or products (including third party services.) This includes, but does not limit to, data loss, financial loss, data corruption, virus and/or spywares and other ads software installed by any third party provider on your computer. You may need to install third-party software, if not already installed on your system, such as video player, Adobe Flash plug-in, Internet browser, and--if using an operating system older than XP--an unzipping software such as WinZip or WinRAR. Since we do not have any control over any third party company, in any way, we are not responsible in regards to how any third party organization provides their services. Therefore, user/buyer hereby acknowledges that any purchase resulting directly or indirectly from our software, will be at their own risk. Each device may render the iTVmediaPlayer service/app uniquely and/or differently from other devices. We reserve the right to update/change any information within this disclaimer at any time without any prior consultation with our users. It is the user's responsibility to frequently visit our website in order to remain updated with the information provided herein. In some cases, we may have to provide any information requested by law enforcement (local, national or international.) Virtual DVD box/jewel case and all promotional images for illustration purposes only. Actual packaging and/or product may slightly differ. We only provide actual boxes/casings for wholesale orders. We guarantee that the information in our software is as accurate as to the best of our knowledge. Some of the "people" that may email you from our end may be virtual characters designed to make you feel more comfortable and create the illusion that you are "talking" to a human being; and not a machine. This website is owned by BitMar Networks. User agrees to use any products/services listed in our software at its own risk. This may include, but does not limit to external links, and/or the usage of information and/or using any other third party services linked to by our application/s and/or website/s  (directly or indirectly.) We do not imply neither ownership nor any type of affiliation with the content providers, streamers, TV channels/networks and/or any other fictitious TV channels listed; nor ownership of any media/content listed. We can only promise to try our best to remove any streamer or TV network that provides inappropriate material (once identified.) Some sections of our web platform may link to other third-parties, as well. Purchases are NOT refundable; even if a buyer purchased our software/service due to a specific advertised service and/or assumed TV channel/network included, and that specific service becomes unavailable BEFORE or AFTER the purchase. We also reserve the right to advertise the availability of any particular TV provider -- even if currently unavailable -- if we feel that its unavailability is only temporary (in our description of the word; on each case). Since we may pre-purchase advertising for future campaigns, in some rare cases, we may even advertise a particular provider, while officially de-listing it from within our database of channels (for any reason, whatsoever). We reserve the right to allow for these advertising time-frame errors... including, but limiting to such situations; on such unpredictable cases. Failure to follow downloading directions, not confirming your email address, misspelling your email, not downloading within 24 hours, or not being able to receive our initial download email (due to spam filters or any other reason), do not qualify you for a refund. The money-back guarantee we offer relates only to damaged goods reported upon receipt; in which case we will work to replace such flawed item/s or return your full purchase price (only if we are unable to replace your ordered item.) This does not apply, however, if buyer does does not report issue upon receipt; or (for individual orders) within PayPal's refund timeframe. The unlimited/life-time guarantee (for downloads) relates to us being able to provide a courtesy re-download of your purchased item, as we see fit (not an actual refund.) In rare cases, we may consider a refund -- only if our staff is convinced that our software/service cannot run on your system indefinitely, due to an issue on our end (within 21 days of purchase). This excludes any possible temporary outage. In such rare cases, we may require any shipped, physical item/s back; at the buyers' expense. Buyers must work to return their item and request a refund directly with their respective seller/s. We do not assure that every single transaction and/or experience will be error-free; including, but not limiting, as per our online forums and support center (http://itvmediaplayer.com/support). Users are always welcome to request refund/s for any failed attempts, afterwards. Some channels you may be familiar with may be listed in other countries and vise versa. We do not guarantee that all TV networks listed will forever be active. Although we constantly strive to provide an accurate product, there are instances where discrepancies may occur. We reserve the right to offer our products/services as is. All TV channels/networks listed in our software are provided by third-parties and we do not--in any way--imply ownership of said entities. Some TV channels may be similarly named to other known TV networks and/or channels, but may not be necessarily related in any way. We, in no way, claim neither ownership, relationship, nor any type of endorsement by any network either listed or not listed herein. Although we provide access to most well-known on-demand services, you must have a valid account with some of these entities in order to access their content. In some instances, you may need a VPN service in order to access some of the international providers. Not being able to connect to any provider/s, due to locality restrictions imposed by the provider, does not entitle you to a refund. We also reserve the right to cancel/close/delete/disable/block your service, for any reason, at our discretion, without the right to a refund, as we see fit. Therefore, we strongly discourage sharing your product/service in a public manner. We reserve the right to track IP addresses, edit and/or delete your postings/replies on any of our intellectual properties; including, but not limiting, to our help section/s, blogs,  and/or any forums created/maintained and/or hosted by BitMar Networks (even if externally-hosted.) Due to an internal technicality, affiliates may only collect commissions on the downloaded version of iTVmediaPlayer -- not on its Cloud counterpart. We reserve the right to host, sell, distribute and/or otherwise publish any third-party-developer GUI based on our itvOS Cloud platform, to our discretion. By using any of our intellectual properties, you are agreeing to the aforesaid terms. You also assure us that you are of U.S. legal age and in a mental state to accept such terms and enter a legally-binding contract. Additionally, you also hereby agree to constrain from pursuing legal actions (or getting involved in such activities) against our company and/or any employee/s--for any reason, whatsoever. Any violation herein may result in legal repercussions and/or charges by our firm, based on breach of contract and/or any losses/damages, among other charges.

Privacy policy

We require the collection of your personal information whenever placing an order; for any of our products and/or services. Your personal information is not shared with non-involved third-parties and is collected for the only purpose of generating your order/account. Additionally, our website/s, products and services collect non-personal, general usage information through the implementation of Cookies and/or scripts. This statistical, non-personal collection of information includes the collection of IP addresses, among other statistical technicalities regarding your machine/device. This information helps us better-tune our capabilities and meet the demand of our users. Such non-personal data may be hosted through a third-party usage solution provider. However, to the best of our knowledge, such general usage information does not contain any data or information that constitutes as personal information, as implied by our usage solution provider/s.
